  I was recently taken to St John of God in Ballarat by Alan and Mel. What amazing people they are. Kind, courteous and with their experience I felt very safe in their care. They are really wonderful people and I say a huge thankyou for the amazing care.

  It is almost a year since the wonderful ambulance guys from Woodend 2 crew picked me up and took me from Woodend to Royal Melbourne.I was suffering from shock hypotension and hypothermia.A special thank you to these guys. I have no doubt that my neighbours' call for an ambulance saved my life. A week later the same crew, with one change took me Newham to Epworth suffering from heart failure. My donation I am about to make will hopefully be used to help make the work of the ambulance crews at Woodend easier.

  I was transported on Friday 26th Nov 2031 to melb with hart problem. your two members were fantastic and recognise my condition, but unfortunately were let down by the hospitals. Royal melb were on bypass, John Falkner were open, but refused to take me after a half hour wait. Finished up at Carbrini but only after my cardiologist name was mentioned. I finished up getting a 23mm stent at western private because carbrini were booked out. Something need to be done, because my condition was life threatening and delays of this nature are unacceptable and potentially life threatening.
